My fav muffins
I'd like to dedicate this page to my favourite muffin recipies.
American chocolate muffins:
4 decilitre flour
1 3/4 decilitre white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
a pinch of salt
1 decilitre cocoa
175 grammes dark- og milkchocolate (whatever you like the best)
3 decilitre milk
1 decilitre neutral oil
Set the heat of the oven to 200 degrees centigrade.
Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, vanilla, bakingpowder, sugar, salt and cocoa).
Then mix the wet ingredients (milk, egg and oil) into the flour-mix with an electric whisp in approximately 1 minute.
Don't stir too long, since it'll make the dough tough.
Fill the muffin forms (the large ones with an edge is the best) just a littlebit more than half up.
Stick chucks of the chocolate into each muffin. Not all the way down to the bottom since they'll sink.
Bake the muffins in the warm oven in 15-17 minutes (a bit less if the forms are small).
